Clarke Butterfield Architects is able to offer a range of the services both in-house or via its links with directly appointed external consultants. In addition, it operates from a studio in Shepherd's Bush which is shared with five other practices and therefore has access to a wider range of resources, by agreement, when required.

TRS Apartments
An 8 storey 1960’s redundant office building stripped back to its structural frame and extended both vertically, with an additional two storeys, in light weight construction, and a 5 storey side extension, and redeveloped into 145 two bedroom apartments, 4 studios and provision for a new public library for London Borough of Ealing. Designed to the latest thermal standards including solar panels on the roof.
