Clarke Butterfield Architects is able to offer a range of the services both in-house or via its links with directly appointed external consultants. In addition, it operates from a studio in Shepherd's Bush which is shared with five other practices and therefore has access to a wider range of resources, by agreement, when required.
FEATURED PROJECTS
A planning application has been submitted for a development of 4 x luxury 5 bedroom detached houses and 10 apartments on a brown field site, in the green belt, located in Chigwell, Essex, opposite another completed scheme worked on by members of the practice for 43 luxury, new build, 4 & 5 bedroom houses, also for London Square Developments Ltd.
Complete refurbishment of a Grade 1 Listed annex "Old School" building, part of St Dunstan in the West Church in Fleet Street, London. The completed building will serve as a home & education centre, including a museum for the Worshipful Company of Carmen, one of the City of London's Livery Companies.
