Optimisation of an existing consent for the development of five new contemporary five bedroom townhouses, set behind a reconstruction of a period facade, located on the site of a former 1950’s block of flats.
Arranged over four floors, including basements, these houses form the continuation of an existing terrace of Victorian houses, just off Clapham Common.
