Clarke Butterfield Architects is able to offer a range of the services both in-house or via its links with directly appointed external consultants. In addition, it operates from a studio in Shepherd's Bush which is shared with five other practices and therefore has access to a wider range of resources, by agreement, when required.

Restoration of a range of former barns and construction of a large contemporary extension to form a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with extensive open plan living spaces.
Complex phasing to allow clients to remain in occupation during the works. Challenging planning consent to maximise allowable accommodation in the Green Belt and within the active flood plain of the Thames.
