Clarke Butterfield Architects is able to offer a range of the services both in-house or via its links with directly appointed external consultants. In addition, it operates from a studio in Shepherd's Bush which is shared with five other practices and therefore has access to a wider range of resources, by agreement, when required.

Nominated for “The ODPM’s Good Design in Housing Award” this development overcame the challenges of a complex linear site, backing onto a railway line and sited above a major sewer, to construct 39 private and shared-ownership flats on a landscaped podium deck with car parking below.
